Hi,

We're having trouble reproducing the issue you're reporting with links not working in the latest WebViewer. We tried opening your XOD file in WebViewer 3.1 and were able to click the links.

Are you not able to click the links at all? Or do the links go to the wrong location?

Is the issue you're encountering to do with ampersands in the URL as reported previously? https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/pdfnet-webviewer/MZC2g0wMl70/EUxVk0mdGAAJ

Hi Matt,
Thank you for your response.
This issue only in version "3.0.1" and the file format is "docx". Below is the batch file url and forum url for your reference which is already send to us.

Note : If i change the file format from "docx" to "doc", It is working as expected.

Please check the batch file and update the fix it ASAP.

Thanks

I'm not sure I understand exactly what the problem is. Is the problem that the links in that XOD file you provided are not clickable in WebViewer 3.0.1? I have tried in 3.0.1 and they are clickable for me.

You're now referring to a docx and doc file. Is the problem in the conversion of this file to XOD? Are you saying that if the file has a docx extension then the converted XOD won't have clickable links but if the file has a doc extension then the links are clickable?

Would you be able to provide us with this docx file and the converted XOD file that doesn't work, then we can look into this issue further.
