pdf to xod conversion

Hello,
We are using the web viewer product with PDFNet SDK. We convert PDF documents to XOD to view. The user has the capability to delete a page from the document. This operation is done by removing the page from the PDF and then converting to XOD and displaying the new document. In development this process works correctly. In production, on some occasions, the new XOD document starts to render and then blanks. When I try to load the newly created XOD document separately you can see the page start to render and then it blanks.
Any suggestions as to what might be causing this.

1. Input file(s)
2. Generated output file(s)
4. Settings/code you used to generate the output.
