How do i disable the built in pan tool that comes up on selection long press.

I am working to get a simple pdf viewer in my xamarin ios app. I had to use initialize tool manager to make the internal pdf links and external links work. However, this results in pan tool displayed on long press selection. How do i disable this tool.
