Question Re: Megillah Readings

Dear All-

Someone just wrote JOFA with the following question:  In a partnership minyan megillah reading, can the reading halachically be done by only men, only men, men and women each doing different parshiot?  Or should it be done by only one person, man or woman?   I know how our minyan has done it, but would like to hear the halachic answer to the question.

I'm curious to hear your answers.
