Hello,
We want to use Dsp in pandaboard (with ubuntu) for image processing, and we have read many materials about syslink.
We follow this document and get the uImage file(Linux Kernel v2.6.35),We replace the uImage in SD card with this file, but after that,The pandaboard can't starting up correctly, the two LED was turned on,but the monitor was black.
If we replace the uImage with the original file(Linux/arm 3.4.0-1490-omap4 Kernel),the board can work correctly again.

you need to copy also the /lib/modules/ directory that provides modules for the 3.4.0 kernel. and possibly also the initramdisk for the new kernel.
