How to use uImage ?

Hello,

I have just followed this http://omappedia.org/wiki/Syslink_Project#Getting_Started_with_SysLink to build a kernel image with syslink driver support. and I get an uImage.

After that, how to use the uImage ?

I want to know finally you get the answer?

I replaced the uImage in /dev/sdc1 with this file,but the board refused to work again.
