500 response from the server

Hello everyone. I was optimizing my webpage and all of sudden Insights start giving this error however I can access to my webpage without any problem. paykasa this is the website and this is the insights. What is the problem I cant figure out.

PageSpeed Insights received a 500 response from the server.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried so many things and finally I found out that wordpress js/css gzip compress plugin gives me this error. I've changed the plugin and now works fine finally.

I am also experiencing the same problem with my website fancygardening. I installed WP Smush and Minify HTML Plugins so as to optimized my site and things started going south!! How do you go about it?
