image does not show reality

I am trying to speed up my web site ooftsauce.com and used this service from Google. But the image in the mobile test does not match what people get on their mobiles. I have tsted it with many different cell phones and the reality is nothing like the google image. What does that mean? It causes me to lack confidence.

Hi there, I happened to look at this and I see that in Chrome and in PSI, the image looks the same to me. Is that not the image you are seeing on a phone?
