Hi everyone!
"Use the browser cache for the following resources:
https://cdn.ampproject.org/v0.js (50 minutes)"
Google + ampproject are crazy?
These are not webmaster errors.

Hi "true then",
It's only saying that said resource has only 50 minutes of persistence on local cache, after that it's downloading the file again.
This is really typical of google analytics script and others that may require an "almost real time" update to ensure its correct function.
You don't need to pay attention to that advice if you're using that script actively or you may (maybe) save that script in your server with a longer expiration time.
Please, note that sometimes that's not recommended since the nature of the script might need regular updates.
