How does "Prioritize visible content" work?

Hi all,

I would like to know how this metric works.

I guess it is taking a screenshot on some event (but i don't know which one) and after a while it takes another screenshot and compares them.

I have been working reducing the DOMContentLoad and Load times but now I'm having problems with images. They are not appearing in the first screenshot and they make the test "Prioritize visible content" fail :(
