What are the limits? How many requests per day?
Thank you in advance

i need more that 25k / day.
i need more that 25k / day.I believe that's called "abuse".There are paid services that give you a LOT more information.

To whom did you pay 150 dollars/euros that promised you increased PSI API limits? Is what you paid related to Google Cloud?

I actually do not know the answer, but I've forward your question to somebody who might. Sorry for your trouble, but as you've observed, the PSI API is not part of the Cloud offering, as far as I know.

Sorry about that. I tried a few angles but the only thing definitive I got was that there is no program in place to pay for an increase in PSI quota. The cloud silver service is not related so I hope you will be able to get a refund. The people i talked to were not clear on how that can be made to happen either.
I would like to clarify one thing: "pagespeed service" (PSS) is not the same thing as PSI. PSS was a service for hosting and accelerating external web sites and that is indeed deprecated, though PSI is not. And neither are Pagespeed Modules, the automated acceleration plugins for Apache and nginx. PSI and the server module are both in active development.
