PagesSpeed Insights error in fetching the site

Hi Team,

I have recently integrated CloudFlare and added a few plugins to my website for optimizing the site performance. Performance has improved as per gtmetrix.com, but PageSpeed Insight is giving the error "An error occurred while fetching or analyzing the page" and is failing to analyze the page. The website I am trying with is http://vipinvk.in. 

Any suggestion/help would be highly appreciable.
