My images are all optimized but it still keeps showing them on the Error Log in PageSpeed Insights

I am downloading the images from here. Then i am uploading them via FTP but it still keeps me low grade and shows that the images i already uploaded need optmization.

Can you please resolve, since i have no idea what can i do about that.
