Hi all,

We recently revamped our web site www.soukai.my, but ever since Page Speed Insights has been giving an error when we run a test.

An error has occured

An error occurred while fetching or analyzing the page. You may refresh to try again.

If the problem persists, please visit the PageSpeed Insights mailing list for support.

I understand that this occurs to many other sites,sometimes intermittently however we have been facing this issue for a few weeks now. Appreciate if anyone here can help to take a look at our site and tell us what is wrong.

I got the same error as you did running it through the online analysis.

Interesting enough, I still have the Chrome extension installed, and this works fine.  (Screenshot below).

Why the online version is not working I cannot say for sure.  But if you open up your dev tools, you will see that you have a lot of errors (11) in the page.  A number of these look like they are related to a number of jQuery plugins loading before jQuery does.  So if it were me, I think I would work on getting these errors cleaned up first and then seeing if I could try again.
