Varying scores

It seems like everytime I run my website through PageSpeed Insights I get a different score with different suggestions. Sometimes it looks like it's only partially reading the CSS and others it seems to get most of it.

Is this a website or server issue... or something about the way PageSpeed Insights reads websites (or timesout or something?)?

In the meanwhile try this: https://gtmetrix.com/

Possibly as your score improves, the issue will go away.
