PageSpeed Insights Can't Load English Language Version of my Site

Hello!
When I try to run PageSpeed for the American English version of my site http://www.thinksai.com/ I get the following error:
Attempting to load the page reached the limit of 3 client redirects. The last URL fetched was http://www.thinksai.com/. This may indicate the page is redirecting to itself, or has a loop of redirects.Dismiss
This doesn't occur when loading one of the other language versions, such as http://www.thinksai.com/Spanish/
I'm thinking there is a cookie or javascript issue with the language settings of the site, but I can't figure out how to stop it. Any suggestions? Anyone else have this problem?
