Site scanning - volume is much lower than normal

Hi Page2Rss,

About 3-4 weeks ago we noted that the volume of RSS notification feeds we were seeing from Page2Rss had decreased from a level of 125+ per day to an average of about 25-30 per day.

Has there been any change or issue that may need to be looked at?

What is interesting is that I find a former page2rss feed for http://www.cooley.com/59273?Section=61523.  A last feed from this was 9.14.

Also, I have tried to create a feed for http://www.sutherlandcareers.com/laterals/openpositions/.  I am seeing some feeds (fewer than before) coming in as recently as 9.6.

I will be sending you a few more links in the future to cross reference.

Any comments in the meantime are appreciated.

Hi Konstantin,

FYI, looking at the dashboard in The Old Reader, it lists some of the feeds that are 'Dead' (no updates).

I appreciate that you may be getting a number of messages periodically and look forward to your response.

Can you please advise if the scanners are running efficiently? Might this be something on "The Old Reader' side of things?

We have been experiencing a greatly reduced number of feeds over the past few months and really appreciate any update as to how this may be resolved.

Thank you for researching and reporting the issues with the The Old Reader. The issue with the site scanning were specific to the The Old Reader. The feeds should work now.
