Unable to install package RJDBC when Packrat selected

Tried to install RJDBC in R-studio 0.99.486 (R 3.2.2) on ubuntu 15.04, it failed with:

Error in library(RJDBC) : there is no package called ‘RJDBC’

Turned Packrat off from project options and manged to install it. Now Packrat is again selected and everything seems to be fine.

Are you trying to install it from a local repository? Did you download it from github?

In that case it would help adding 'Repository: CRAN' to the DESCRIPTION file before building the package and adding it to the local repository.
