runtime error in bind call

Hi Guys,

I install the packetdrill on my ubuntu12.04 but a problem raised when execute 'sudo ./packetdrill  tests/linux/fast_retransmit/fr-4pkt-sack-linux.pkt' tests/linux/fast_retransmit/fr-4pkt-sack-linux.pkt:8: runtime error in bind call: Expected result 0 but got -1 with errno 98 (Address already in use)

I get the same problem when trying to execute all the other test cases?

Any ideas? Thanks.
