Monterey County Herald, CA March 1, 2013 (scanned)

July 23, 1942 ~ February 9, 2013 SALINAS, CA - Kenneth Farrell Russell died February 9, 2013 at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital. Kenneth was born July 23, 1942 in Carmel, California. He was raised in Pacific Grove where he attended the public schools. Ken served in the Navy directly after high school graduation and received an honorable discharge. He went on to become a talented "Body & Fender Man" and was proud to have two of his masterful auto paint accomplishments participate in the prestigious Concours d'Elegance classic car show. Ken never refused a game of cribbage. He enjoyed many hours of cribbage with his friends at the Oldemeyer Center. Other hobbies and interests included antiques and collecting clowns, coins and stamps. In February 2012, Ken's health started to decline steadily until his death one year later. Ken was preceded in death by his father, Albert in 1975 and mother, Lucille Russell in 2009. He leaves behind two sisters, Joanne Tuscany of Seaside and "BJ" Barbara Jeanne Russell of Newcastle, CA; his children, William, Tami and Kristan; as well as many uncles, nieces and their children. The family would like to thank Ken's doctors for the wonderful care given these past eight years of care: Drs. David Stark, Armando Moreno, Bradley Tamler, A. Ganeles, Richard Hall; Katherns Healthcare; and Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital. Ken will be missed very much by his many friends and family. A memorial will be held later in March. The location and date will be announced. "Clowns still smile and so does Goofy" ~ Quote taken from Ken's business card
