Missing /usr/local/ozp/frontend/metrics directory

Hi,

Does anyone know when/how the /usr/local/ozp/frontend/metrics directory gets created.  I've ran the ansible site.yml script, but when I try to access localhost:4444/center/, nginx complains that it can't find "/usr/local/ozp/frontend/piwik.js".  The entire /usr/local/ozp/frontend/metrics directory is missing.
