Can you describe what you see when you open OWF?  You should first see a text box with "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit..."  That is just a sample opening screen with text that can be changed in the config.  From there, press OK.  On the next screen, you should see a button for 'My Apps' and 'My Components' on the top left.  By clicking 'My Apps' then in the popup, click 'Administration'.  Then click 'App Components'.  That should show you a bunch of components.  At hte bottom left, click 'create' and you'll see an App Component Editor.

I know all of that but when ı open app component for adding my widget to it , ı just see an empty page , is there anything wrong on my configuration ? should ı do something for that ? is it important to have an internet because ı dont have internet on ozone developing  computer

Do you only see a blank white screen with no text at all?  What url are you pointing your browser to?

You do not need to be connected to the internet.

And also ı can not see help section , and ı cant add a store to it is there a specific url for adding store or it is depend on me ?

when ı found you ı also want to ask something else ,

1) can owf provides me any development enviroment or ı only can add my widgets war on it and just provides them to talk?

2) can ı access to database on it and add something on that? 

3)  Can ı use java for connecting widgets or must use  javascript
