How to administer User, Group and Permission?

Hi,

Is there a way to administer the User, Group and Permission? I know Django has the admin pages to view and modify the User and Group at the URL /admin/. It's accessible, but I don't know what the admin user and password. Any there better way? How do I access the Postgres DB?

Never mind. I accidentally found that I can access the /admin/ using bigbrother user. Actually any of the steward users will do.
