Firefox Web Socket Closes unexpectedly

All,
Development Environment:
OWF
7.1.17
TOMCAT 7.0.54 or 7.0.68
Using DOJO 1.10 or HTML5 I can open and maintain a web socket from within OWF with Chrome/IE for 24 hours+.
I am NOT able to do this in firefox. Something closes the web socket immediately or withing < 2 minutes. Does anyone
have any experience with this?
