Hi all,

Here is the news which does not look good and not respectful to the local Jerrinja people of Nowra NSW.

Stop work protest halts heritage investigation for proposed Nowra Bridge - A Jerrinja Elder, Graham Connolly, who was unimpressed with the archaeological survey in Nowra.

Hello,

The documentation webpaqe for this project by RMS has been kept pretty up-to-date (last main report in February), and it is stated of the bridge area that:

"The area was recognised as having a high potential of Aboriginal heritage".

And yet there seems to be no mention there of any intended survey of such coming up?

Is that slack by RMS standards or not?

Cheers, John
