Cribb's well faunal report?

Dear All,

Does anyone have a copy of the faunal report from Cribb's Well,  Cumberland Gloucester St., Rocks, Sydney? It should be volume 4, part 5. I would be very grateful for any copy or info on its whereabouts. It is not on NSW Online and I am having no luck with GML.
