The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning is conducting focus groups with our customers to understand their needs and how they would like to interact with the department online. Our aim is deliver an exceptional online experience by providing
services that empower, engage and collaborate with our customers anytime, anywhere. We will be asking questions such as why you use the department’s website and what services could we provide on it to help streamline your work processes.
The scheduled focus groups are detailed below.
