The "beta" announcement was released today for Railsgoat. It is a vulnerable Rails application that covers the OWASP Top 10 plus a couple "extras" specific to Rails and worth noting. The project page can be found at http://railsgoat.cktricky.com/.
Please contribute whatever you can like typos, recommendations, code fixes, etc. via the GitHub repo (issues). Also, spread the word!
