Wiki Documentation broken links

I notice when I go to look at the prebuilt sanitizers that the link is broken on the https://github.com/OWASP/java-html-sanitizer/blob/master/docs/getting_started.md page.

http://static.javadoc.io/com.googlecode.owasp-java-html-sanitizer/owasp-java-html-sanitizer/latest/org/owasp/html/Sanitizers.html

Thanks.  Looks like javadoc.io doesn't support /latest/ despite https://www.javadoc.io/ which says

> For latest version just put latest in your url javadoc.io/page/{org}/{artifact}/latest/{page}

but maybe it assumes semver.

 

http://static.javadoc.io/com.googlecode.owasp-java-html-sanitizer/owasp-java-html-sanitizer/20180219.1/org/owasp/html/Sanitizers.html works.

Fixed x6 at https://github.com/OWASP/java-html-sanitizer/commit/8f1c627eb91e4b35654592ad55cce1d87edc3f78 and a few in the README.md.

I changed the JavaDoc link to http://javadoc.io/doc/com.googlecode.owasp-java-html-sanitizer/owasp-java-html-sanitizer/ which will redirect to the correct version each time.
