Include Implementation-version in manifest?

It would be helpful to include either the Specification-version or Implementation-version properties in the MANIFEST.MF file, to more easily determine what version of the sanitizer is inside of a jar filename that lacks the version as part of the filename.

Please consider adding these properties.  This page shows examples of how to do this with maven:
