Does OWASP can parse entire HTML page and run all it's JavaScript

Hi!

I am very new in OWASP and look up it breafly. I still can not understand can OWASP  parse entire HTML page and run all it's JavaScript or not?

Could you tell me?

The sanitizer does not run JavaScript. If that's what you want to do,
you might look into running headless Chrome in a sandbox.
