Available languages for allow

to Otter API to Topsy

Dear all,

The List Parameters page in the documentation says that allow_lang
"currently supports ja, zh, ko and en". However, I tried with fr, de
and es, and it seems to work.

e.g.

http://otter.topsy.com/search.json?q=berlin&allow_lang=fr
http://otter.topsy.com/search.json?q=berlin&allow_lang=de
http://otter.topsy.com/search.json?q=berlin&allow_lang=es

Could you please explain what the situtation is ? Are other languages
really available (in which case the documentation is not up to date),
or are these other languages unreliable/experimental for the time
being ?

Yes these were recently added and are ok to use. We'll update the documentation.
