Search for a specific author does not retun all results?

Hey there,

Im trying to search for all tweets of a specific author, currently
that author has ~190 Tweets on his Account.

However, Topy Shows 140 tweets when i access http://topsy.com/twitter/ACCOUNTNAME

but when i try to read those tweets using the API i only get 46
Results.

Im using http://otter.topsy.com/search.json?url=from:ACCOUNTNAME&window=a&perpage=100

anything im doing wrong here?
