score of an individual URL

I would like to get the topsy score of a URL. For example, a
particular video on youtube

I was expecting that this would be returned in the stats API but it's
not. It looks like it's only available through the query API. With
the query API I can only enter a query term not a URL

If there's another way to get this I'd appreciate it
