not mapping folders & files with cyrillic names

I get error - after mount ftp in Finder not mapping folders & files with cyrillic names. How may I correct this?

P.S.

in Double Commander mapping as [?????.

In FileZile - all OK.

This ftp is my (zyxel + ntfs hdd).
