Finder warning when deleting a file

Hi,

Is there some way to prevent the finder from posting a warning every time a user deletes something from my file system?

Because of the way my filesystem works the file being deleted can in fact be recovered if needed so the warning is not even correct.

My filesystem is not local.

I believe you can create the .Trashes folder to prevent that popup from happening (but the file would just be moved to the Trash). I haven't tried this myself, but looks like others have gotten it to work.
