Folders Remain on Desktop after Ejecting Network Disk

I am having problems, when unmounting the network folder. When I initially mount the network folder, two folders are created, the real network folder and a "fake" one. When I eject the network folder, the "fake" folder still appears to be mounted.

I looked in terminal under Volumes and could not locate the folders. I also went to the desktop and terminal does not show the folder either.

I have attached an image of the "fake" folders. My network volume is not mounted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
