Just wanted to post a note in here that our corporate Symantec Endpoint protection is recognizing a file in the FUSE package as being a trojan.

Error interaction from Symantec client as follows:

/Library/PreferencePanes/OSXFUSE.prefPane/Contents/MacOS/autoinstall-osxfuse-core
When: April 21, 2017, 12:07:34 PM

Scan Type: Automatic Scan
Event: Security Risk Found!
Security Risk Detected: OSX.Trojan.Gen
File: /Library/PreferencePanes/OSXFUSE.prefPane/Contents/MacOS/autoinstall-osxfuse-core
Location: Deleted
Computer: (my node name)
User: (my user)
Action Taken: Cleaned by Deletion
Date Found: April 21, 2017, 12:07:34 PM

FUSE still appears to be working fine since the installer piece is what it appears to have deleted.  I just wanted folks here to know and especially devs to know that the product is being detected as a trojan by a major corporate product is detecting FUSE this way.

Hope that helps!
