Hello Benjamin,

You have updated your conditions and now we need to get your written permission to use your library as a part of our commercial product.
We use OSXFUSE for our product http://disk-o.cloud now and we would like to continue using it.
Would you be so kind to inform us, what we should do to get your permission.
I tried to contact you via email but didn't receive a reply.

With best regards,
Leonid Stolyarov

I don't follow this, as I had thought osxfuse was open source. Looking
at the license in the source repo, it still seems to be:

https://github.com/osxfuse/osxfuse/blob/master/LICENSE.txt

The repository contains version 3.8.3 of FUSE for macOS, which was released under the BSD license.

Starting with version 3.9, I stopped releasing the source code. Starting with version 3.10, I changed the license to disallow bundling FUSE for macOS with commercial software without prior written permission.

If you download the current installer you will find the new license in the DMG file and the installer itself.

Best regards,

Benjamin

It would be nice to explain this in the README.md of the github account,
so that people who look at that will realize that 1) it's not the latest
version and 2) the latest version is not open source.
