What is the best way to find release notes for stable builds?

I saw that two issues were closed for 2.7.4 but then when I tried to find out what they were I got "nothing found" messages.

For version 2.7.4 see http://osxfuse.github.io/2015/01/08/OSXFUSE-2.7.4.html. You can find change logs for all osxfuse releases on http://osxfuse.github.io.
