Can I customize location of Temporary Items on FUSE?

Softwares such as Office and TextEdit will generate some .sb files on the same folder when saving the files. It's confusing.

Can I customize the location of temporary files?

I have monitored changes of Google Drive. The softwares will create a folder named '.Temporary Items' on the root of FUSE Volumns. How can Google Drive implemented it?
