Finder sidebar custom (app) icon not visible

My app uses osxfuse to mount virtual volume and it's also using Finder Sync Extension.

App also adds an entry to Finder's Sidebar Favorite items.

Before, the Finder Sidebar Favorite menu used to have app's icon which was what I wanted but for a while now Finder shows some default 'network-disk' icon for my mounted volume folder.

Did anyone experience similar issues and does anyone know how to restore the proper icon in Finder Sidebar?

Hm, looks like that after Finder relaunch it fixed itself. The problem still reoccurs but relaunching the Finder fixes it.
