Unable to rename folders through GCSFUSE on Mac

to OSXFUSE

I can copy things over, and I can rename files, but if I try to rename a folder I get an error 100078. Also is I try to rename a folder not at the top level.

I had a look around, but seeing anything super relevant. Any ideas?
