unable to remove the FUSE icon

to OSXFUSE

After trying to uninstall Fuse by using the Remove FUSE for OS X button, the icon FUSE is still showing in the Extensions Panel (see attachment). How can i get rid of this icon?

Right click on it and select “Remove Preference Pane”.
