Dynamic graph clustering method

I'm looking for a way to dynamically perform clustering of graph. I have millions of edges with weighted connections between them and each second about 10 edges are added. I need to perform dynamic graph clustering so it will return cluster ID once added.

Is this sort of functionality supported by OrientDB?
