Is it possible to use blueprint-core to connect to Remote OrientDB? So that in future if I pass neo4j connection parameter it connects automatically.

Hi Krishna,

Sure, OrientDB supports remote connections via Blueprint API. See http://orientdb.com/docs/2.2.x/Graph-Database-Tinkerpop.html#getting-started-with-blueprints
When migrating from Neo4j probably you will find some small differences, but the standard APIs are the same

Thanks

Luigi

Hi Luigi,

Thanks for your reply but in order to use that API one need to create OrientGraph which is specific to OrientDB. What I am looking for is if we can create TinkerGraph instance itself which is common for most of the Graph DB.
