Oracle enhanced adapter 1.8.0 has been released

Hi,

I'm excited to annouce that Oracle enhanced adapter 1.8.0 has been released 

on the same day as Rails 5.1 released at RailsConf 2017.

Oracle enhanced adapter 1.8.0 has these major new features.

- Support Rails 5.1.0

- Support JSON attribute

- rails new <new_app> -d oracle provides better database.yml for Oracle enhanced adapter

Please install and run your applications by updating your Gemfile as follows.

```

gem "activerecord-oracle_enhanced-adapter", "~> 1.8.0"

```
