Oracle enhanced adapter 1.7.0.beta1 is coming to support Rails 5

Hi,

I'm happy to announce that Oracle enhanced adapter 1.7.0.beta1 is coming to support Rails 5 .

To prepare this release I have changed some branches at https://github.com/rsim/oracle-enhanced 

* All of rails5 branch has been merged to master,

* release16 branch has been created to support Rails 4.2

* rails5 branch will be deleted once Oracle enhanced adapter 1.7.0.beta1 released

I'm working for creating history to show changes made, including new features and known issues.

I'll make another announcement when Oracle enhanced adapter 1.7.0.beta1 is released to rubygems.
