Transitioning to Apache mailing list

Now the Apache developers list (d...@optiq.incubator.apache.org) is open for business, we should start using that list for our main business rather than this list (opti...@googlegroups.com). I just started a discussion there about what should be the new package structure under the org.apache.optiq namespace.

I encourage everyone on the optiq-dev list to subscribe.
