Could not find rake-10.2.2 in any of the sources

All the jenkins gate jobs failed with this error in my patch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/97704/.

I find many other patches have same error.

Anyone know what's wrong with this?

Looks like the rake can not be installed successfully before run any tests.

Hi there,

after my bold but unfortunately broken change that should make the Jenkins jobs use Strainer whenever possible, https://review.openstack.org/#/c/95471/, and the subsequent fix of that, https://review.openstack.org/#/c/97196/, it became apparent that the way the Strainerfiles are in the repository doesn't play nice with Jenkins either.  (All that could go wrong, did go wrong.)

I did some tests with alternative Strainerfile settings, and it seems like this one -- https://review.openstack.org/#/c/95521/6/Strainerfile -- works fine when run on Jenkins and when run locally.  I'm waiting for an ack on this before proposing the change in each cookbook.
